James D. SweazyJames D. “Jim” or “Sarge” Sweazy, 64, Syracuse, died at 7:41 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 22, 2021, at his home.
He was born April 3, 1957, in Elkhart, to Walter James and Nancy Russ Sweazy.
He was married Nov. 10, 1984, in Goshen, to Debbie L. Bartow, who survives.
Cremation will take place at Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, Warsaw. A Celebration of Life gathering will be from 2 p.m. to dark on Saturday, Aug. 28 at the Sweazy home, Syracuse. A service will be at 5 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 28 at the Sweazy home.
Owen Family Funeral Home, Syracuse, is in charge of arrangements.
