ROCHESTER — Jack Franklin Lewis, 81, Rochester, passed away at 9 p.m. Aug. 5, 2017, at Visiting Nurse Hospice Home, Fort Wayne.
He was born Oct. 16, 1935, in Fulton County, to Lee A. and Martha Washington McGraw Lewis. On Dec. 22, 1975, he married Laura Jean Sayger Adams. She died July 14, 2017.
He served with the United States Army during the Korean War.
A celebration of life service will be at 1 p.m. Thursday, with calling one hour prior, in Good Family Funeral Home, 1200 W. 18th St., Rochester. Pastor Gail Law will officiate.
Burial will be in Athens-Hoover Cemetery, with military rites conducted by the Fulton County Veterans Honor Guard and the U.S. Army Honor Team.
