Interra Promotes Shawna Koontz To VP, HR Operations And Benefits Manager

Andy Marshall, chief operating officer, EVP, announced the promotion of Shawna Koontz to vice president, human resources operations and benefits manager. Koontz has more than 20 years of experience in human resources across multiple industries.
In her new role, Koontz will lead the human resources operations and benefits team and collaborate with organizational leaders to implement human resources strategies. Previously, she served as assistant vice president, human resources operations and benefits manager and senior human resources consultant lead.
