Interra Credit Union announced the addition of Krista Runkle as an agribusiness lender I, where she will support agricultural members by helping them achieve their financial goals and strengthen their farming operations, according to the provided release.
In her role, Runkle works with agricultural producers and businesses, building relationships and providing lending solutions to the agriculture industry.
A graduate of Purdue University, Runkle earned a bachelor of science degree in agricultural communications and agricultural economics. She also holds the designation of certified crop advisor, reflecting her commitment to agricultural excellence and continued professional development.
Prior to joining Interra, Runkle built a successful career in agriculture, beginning as a precision ag technician with Helena and later transitioning into seed sales. Most recently, she served as a sales representative for Helena, partnering with farmers to address their crop needs and helping support their operations.
