Preston E. Michael Sherburne, 7-week-old son of Cynthia Sherburne, Warsaw, died at 6:12 p.m. April 14, 2010, in Riley Hospital For Children, Indianapolis.
He was born Feb. 18, 2010, in IU Medical Center, Indianapolis.
Also surviving are grandparents, Nickie (and spouse Michael) Sherburne, Warsaw; and great-grandparents, Vickie (and spouse Kale) Guernsey, Alabama, and William (and spouse Cynthia) Sherburne, Michigan.
Services will be at noon Monday at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
Calling is one hour prior to the service Monday at the funeral home.
