MENTONE – Makenna Lynn Hill was stillborn to Anthony and Mallory Hedington Hill, 112 S. Morgan St., Mentone, at 5:48 a.m. Nov. 2, 2013, in DuPont Hospital, Fort Wayne. Surviving are her parents; a brother, Quinten Anthony Hill; three grandmothers, Dawn (and spouse Eric) Sainer, Houston, Texas; Melissa (and spouse Donald) Scott, and Laura Hill (and companion Craig Smith), all of Claypool; a grandfather, Kenneth (and spouse Trisha) Hedington, Warsaw; six great-grandparents, Donald Sr. (and spouse Linda) Scott, Claypool; Donald and Betty Hedington, Warsaw; Louise Lawshe, Warsaw: Barry Needham, Oregon; and June Scott, Claypool; one great-great-grandfather, Roy Norman, Warsaw; and several aunts and uncles. She was preceded in death by grandparents Joseph C. Hill and Max and Becky Fisher; great-grandparents Marcia Fisher and Linda and Gary Busz; and great-great-grandmother, Dixie Norman. Private family services will be Wednesday at King Memorial Home, 101 N. Tucker St., Mentone, with the Rev. Amber Karkosky-Litten officiating.
