SYRACUSE – Hunter Thomas Clark, 5-day-old son of Jeff Clark and Andria Ellis, Syracuse, died Oct. 18, 2011, at Memorial Hospital, South Bend.
He was born Oct. 13, 2011, in Memorial Hospital.
Also surviving are two brothers, Zackary and Nickolas Clark; grandparents, Betty (and spouse Les) Gloor, Ligonier, and Pamela Smith, Syracuse.
A graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at McClintic Cemetery.
Calling is one hour prior to the service Saturday at Eastlund Funeral Home, Syracuse.
