Inez Pearl Barrett, 97, passed away at 10:10 a.m. Nov. 8, 2013, in Grace Village Healthcare, Winona Lake, where she resided. She was born July 12, 1916, in Scott Township, Kosciusko County, to John LaMont and Annie Eaton Early. On Feb. 20 1938, in Milford, she married Herschel Wayne Dinkledine, who preceded her in death July 29, 1944. On May 13, 1948, in Claypool. she married Jeuith D. Barret, who preceded her in death Nov. 2, 2008. A lifetime Kosciusko County resident, she spent her time as a homemaker. She was a member of Community Grace Brethren Church, Lamplighter Home Ec Club. Surviving are two daughters: Dorothy Ann (and spouse Delmer) Poe, Claypool, and Wanda Paris, Indianapolis; one son, David Allen (and spouse Phyllis) Barrett, Silver Lake; seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. She also was preceded in death by a daughter, Carolyn Kay Barrett, who died Dec. 22, 1951; two sons, Samuel J. Barrett, who died Sept. 6, 1984, and Charles Robert Barrett, who died June 15, 2011; a sister; a brother; a grandson; and a great-grandson. Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Titus Funeral Home, Warsaw, with Rev. Glenn Byers, chaplain at Grace Village Retirement Community, Winona Lake, officiating. Burial will be at Sandridge Cemetery in Bourbon.
