1. Freedom of Religion - the right to peacefully and openly practice a religion of one's own choosing or for one to practice no religion at all and to be free from government-inflicted persecution, forced conversation, intrusion into the internal affairs of one's congregation, denomination, or faith and the establishment of a state church/state religion or militant state atheism.
2. Freedom of Dissent - the right to openly express one's criticism of or opposition to the statement's policies and actions of one's government during peacetime or wartime without fear of punishment for such expression.3. Freedom of Thought & Inquiry - the right to think for oneself by researching, debating, reflecting upon and forming conclusions on all mater of subjects from the mundane to the profound without interference from the government.
4. Freedom of Movement - the right to travel freely within the borders of one's nation without obtaining permission from the authorities to do so.
5. Freedom of Commerce - the right to honestly buy, sell, or trade legitimate goods and services with others through a mutually agreed upon price for the purpose of monetary gain for oneself or others.
6. Freedom of Self-Defense - the right to take necessary and proper measures in protecting one's life, health, property and liberty from harmful actions perpetrated by common criminals, domestic tyrants or foreign invaders.
7. Freedom of Assembly & Association - the right to peacefully gather with others in public or private for a multitude of reasons or to voluntarily form and or dissolve informal or formal non-violent political, business, religious and social relationships or organizations with others.
8. Freedom of Communication - the right to express one's thoughts through speech, writing, typing, the arts and the various means of mass communication to others and/or to read, view, listen to, respond to or simply ignore the expressed thoughts of others without fear of punishment for or censorship of such activities by one's own government.
9. Freedom of Property Ownership - the right to legitimately acquire, possess, use and dispose of property by oneself or with others and to be free from arbitrary confiscation and undue restrictions.
10. Freedom of the Media - the right to use the various means of mass communication as part of a vast network of independently owned and operated forums dedicated to the diversity of thought, opinion, knowledge and creativity, the free flow of information, the investigation of corruption, critical analysis of vital issues and the prevention of the monopolization of the mass media sector by the state.
11. Freedom of Self-Ownership - the right to have possession over one's mind, body and soul and to be free from slavery, involuntary servitude, torture and compulsory medical experimentation.
