To the person that placed Huckabee on the pedestal last week, I quote from Coulter's column in Human Events:
1. Huckabee agrees that sodomy is a constitutional right.
2. He opposes school choice except for kids in Mexico.
3. He believes in giving in-state tuition to illegal aliens but not to U.S. citizens from out of state.
4. He believes illegal immigration gives Americans a chance to make up for slavery.
5. He believes proof of citizenship to vote and to receive government benefits is unchristian, unamerican, irresponsible and anti-life.
I know, I know, some of you believe Coulter is off base. Well, read several other sources quoting Huckabee and you will see the same thing.
This guy is not a leader. He doesn't qualify as an intelligent follower.
I think he should be institutionalized along with most of our elected politicians in Washington, and I don't mean by being elected to federal office.
When the Supreme Court of the land considers their No. 1 priority to be the constitutionality of sodomy, we are in trouble.
When illegal aliens have more rights and benefits than American citizens, we are in trouble.
When proof of citizenship to vote and receive benefits is considered to be irresponsible, we are in trouble.
When we become responsible for sins caused by people 200 years ago, we are in trouble.
When school choice is wrong, except in a few instances determined by ingrained Washington politicians, we are in trouble.
I have voted Republican most of the time for 50 years. If Huckabee is the best the Republican party to offer, it will be a cold day in hell when they get my next vote.
