High Ridge Homes & Renovations and Square Feet Flooring & Design hosted a ribbon-cutting held by the Kosciusko Chamber Of Commerce at the dual store location, 104 E. Fort Wayne St., Warsaw, Tuesday.
The two businesses are owned and operated separately by a married couple, Lucas Britton and Rosio Sanchez. Both businesses will work together and separately on projects as clients are offered quality work in construction and flooring.
“New builds, design builds, remodels, additions, barns — you name it, we do it,” Britton said. His business, High Ridge Homes & Renovations, does everything in construction from the ground up and focuses on quality and integrity of work for the customer.
“With full service in-house, I can keep the quality where I want it,” said Britton.
Sanchez owns Square Feet Flooring & Design, which offers all available flooring options.
“We have hardwood, luxury vinyl, laminate, tile and carpet,” said Sanchez.
She mentioned the business is contacting cabinet and countertop dealers and those will soon be offered through her business. Sanchez wants to offer her customers flooring options of “all different colors, tones, textures, thickness and durability.”
