SYRACUSE – Harriet Stahley, 96, of Syracuse, passed away Feb. 4, 2013, in Miller’s Merry Manor, Syracuse. She was born Aug. 18, 1916, in Elkhart County, to Raymond and Mildred Biller Warstler. She married Ralph Stahley Sr., who died April 7, 1958. She moved to Syracuse from South Bend in 1942. She was educated at the University of Notre Dame and was an engineer at Ball Band. Surviving re a daughter, Debra Tanskey, Port St. Lucie, Fla.; a son, Ralph Stahley, Syracuse; three grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. A memorial service and burial will be at a later date in Syracuse Cemetery. Eastlund Funeral Home, 7458 E.
