Goshen Physicians Consolidates Operations For Virus Response

GOSHEN – Effective April 6, Goshen Physicians is implementing additional changes to protect patients and the community from COVID-19 exposure.
Last week, most offices launched virtual visits to reduce exposure of germs and viruses. Providers are scheduling these visits whenever appropriate.
On Monday, some office locations closed temporarily. However, patients will still be able to call these offices if they need to schedule an appointment or have questions. They will still be able to see their primary care provider, but they may need to go to a different location for an in-person office visit.
A detailed list of all office changes is available at GoshenHealth.com/covid19.
“We apologize for any inconvenience to our patients,” said Randy Christophel, Goshen Health president and chief executive officer. “We have tried to arrange for the alternate locations to be as close to the previous location as possible. Again, we do urge patients to use the virtual visit whenever possible to keep everyone as safe as possible. We look forward to reopening these offices in the near future, when it is prudent to do so.”
Despite the change in locations, patients will continue to use the same phone numbers to reach their providers for all the same reasons they call now.
