GOSHEN – Goshen Health is encouraging people to get simple health screens that can help people be there for life’s important moments.
Goshen Health offers a variety of quick and simple screenings that include a consultation to answer questions and provide recommendations. Flexible weekday appointments are available by calling 574-364-2496 to schedule.
The following health screenings are free: blood pressure, pulse and blood oxygen level; body mass index; bone density heel scan (women over 50 only); and a diabetes risk assessment. A cholesterol test costs $20.
Goshen Health has implemented additional safety measures including prescreening participants, increased disinfecting and other precautions to minimize exposure to COVID-19.
