Golden Hour Esthetics & More, 308 S. Scott St., Warsaw, celebrated the opening of its location with a ribbon-cutting ceremony with the Kosciusko Chamber of Commerce Friday.
Golden Hour Esthetics & More has been at the Scott Street location since June. Owner Savanah Hiroms said when she finished esthetician school, she wanted to do her own thing.
Hiroms said she is an esthetician and does everything related to skin. She has certifications in lash extensions, lash lift and tint and brow laminations. She also does facials with some advanced techniques like microneedling and dermaplaning. She also does all kinds of waxing.
As far as pricing, she said she looked around at other places in the area and found an average for the most part.
“There are certain services that I feel I put myself above and beyond others, that I exceed in the area ...,” she said. Brow waxes is a services she prices a little higher than average because in school she was a perfectionist about those, so she feels she pays more attention to those and is very particular about brow waxes.
She said she has been complimented on her attention to detail and her ability to provide good services.
She does have some independent contractors working at Golden Hour Esthetics & More so her goal is to create a one-stop beauty shop, where people can get nails and hair done as well. In the future, she’d like to bring in massage techs or people in related services.

Hours are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Tuesday and Wednesday; 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Thursday and Friday; and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., Saturday.
