This is in response to Mike and Sharon's letters, the last two days, on gas prices in Warsaw.
The gas czar who runs three-fourths of the stations in town has always kept the prices higher than the surrounding areas. He wants to make as much money as he can. He doesn't care about you or me.
Mike, you said gas was $1.28 in Fort Wayne. Well, hold on to your hat, bud, Laporte gas prices were on the South Bend news last night as $1.19. That's 40 cents a gallon less than Warsaw is today. Why is Warsaw gas so high ? I think I know why. Any one who sees prices this low, write in and let us know so we can buy our gas there.
