LIGONIER - Gary A. Stuckman, 54, of Syracuse, died at 12:09 a.m. June 20, 2010, in Goshen General Hospital.

He was born July 21,1955, in Syracuse, to Ned and Bertha Biltz Stuckman. On March 10, 1981, he married Angie Kauffman, who survives.

He was a lifetime resident of Syracuse, and he owned and operated Stuckman Towing Inc. and Stuckman Salvage Inc., both in Syracuse, since the early eighties.

Also surviving are two daughters, Arlene (and spouse Shawn) Kitson, Cromwell, and Darcy Curtis, Ligonier; a son, David (and spouse Bambi) Stuckman, Syracuse; nine grandchildren; three brothers, Charlie (and spouse Sharon) Stuckman and Dan (and spouse Linda) Stuckman, all of Syracuse, and Alden (and spouse Joann) Stuckman, North Webster; and two sisters, Joy Brown, Warsaw, and Mary (and spouse Dick) Weaver. Syracuse. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Ross and Ned Jr. Stuckman.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Yeager Funeral Home, 1589 Lincolnway South, Ligonier, officiating by Pastor Brad Cox of Wawasee Lakeside Chapel. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery, North Webster.

Calling is from 2 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
