The Friday evening crash on CR 900W, north of CR 800N, sent the driver of the vehicle to the hospital, police report information shows.
Monica Miller, 32, of Nappanee, was driving south on CR 900W at 7:31 p.m. Friday when for an unknown reason, her 2010 Ford Fusion left the east side of the roadway.
The vehicle struck a NIPSCO utility pole and came to a rest upside down in a field.
Miller was taken by ambulance to Parkview Warsaw hospital by Nappanee EMS with minor cuts and bruises.
