PIERCETON - The committee for the free community dinner in Pierceton wants to invite all Pierceton and surrounding area to the picnic supper on Thursday, beginning at 5 p.m., at the Catholic Hall on Catholic Street in Pierceton.
This continues to be a drive-through dinner.
Hamburgers, baked beans, potato salad, chips and dessert will be served. Come early to make sure you get served.
This meal has been offered to all for nine years, with only two dinners missed because of COVID and that’s when it went to a drive-through instead of eating in.
This is still a free meal, but with expenses going up, donations will be accepted.
