PIERCETON - September 21 is the date for the free community dinner in Pierceton.
The dinner is still offered only as a drive-thru only. According to a news release provided, “We have been very successful with these meals and feel that folks would just as soon take a boxed dinner home for the whole family.”
The time starts at 5 p.m. in the Catholic church parking lot in Pierceton.
The menu is pulled pork sandwich, baked beans, vegetable, chips, fruit cup and cookies, all organized in a carryout container.
