Editor, Times-Union: I would like to make a comment or two regarding the Fort Wayne Veterans Administration. I am a veteran from the Korean Conflict and have been a participant of the Fort Wayne VA now for many years. I'd like to mention that this VA facility has done me well over these many years. They have taken care of my many aches and pains and all other problems that occur. All these have been taken care of with diligence and very professionally. These include from taking care of my heart with a pace maker, scooter to navigate whereever I need, diabetes, prostate and like my one doctor mentioned all your heart, cholesterol, the rest of the probable things that can go wrong are in good shape, so for a man of 82, you are in good shape. So, thanks to the Fort Wayne VA, I’m well and healthy. It saddens me that a VA facility so close has gotten a black eye, through a misdiagnoses of an ailment of one of my brothers in arms.
