Editor, Times-Union: You do realize that Mr. Gerard is part of the media coverage that is included in the “ inaccurate biased reporting” that you refer to. Many of his facts and yours, regarding this case are simply not accurate or pure speculation. One example of yours is, there were many witnesses that testified they saw Michael Brown with his hands up. It would seem that you and Mr. Gerard have the solution figured out.
