How about it on Clunette Road? I ride a motorcycle every morning and it sprays across the road to the field on the other side. They could shut the end guns off. If I ever have an accident because of the water, there will be a lawsuit which will involve the one doing the watering, police dept., etc. This is putting foreign matter on the road causing a road hazard, but on one wants to enforce it.
I guess the farmer is more important that the safety of the public. When you ride a motorcycle and it is dark you don't see the spray until it is to late and it is shocking.
