SOUTH BEND – Everwise Credit Union announced it earned certification as a Great Workplace by Great Place To Work.
Everwise is the only Certified Great Place to Work credit union based in Indiana, the release from Everwise states.
The award is based on honest and anonymous feedback from current employees about their experience working at Everwise. In a June survey, nearly 70% of Everwise employees agreed that it is a great place to work – 12 points higher than the average U.S. company. Additionally, 85% of employees said that they were made to feel welcome when joining the company.
