Etha Mae Rutherford Hall, 72, of 404 N. Elm St., Silver Lake, died at 4:55 p.m. April 24, 2007, in Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne.

She was born April 19, 1935, in Mt. Zion, Ky., to William Howard and Lula Mae McCane Rutherford. On April 30, 1955, she married Hanford Dean Hall.

Living in Silver Lake for the past 10 years and Kosciusko County for 50 years, she was a packager at Maple Leaf Farms in Milford for 15 years. She also worked at Dalton Foundries in Warsaw for five years. She was affiliated with the Church of Jesus Christ, Warsaw.

Surviving are two daughters, Deanna Bussard, Silver Lake, and Mrs. Lucas (April Dawn Hall) Wilson, Loveland, Colo.; a son, Jason (and wife Stephanie) Hall, Warsaw; a son-in-law, Gregory Bussard, Warsaw; a daughter-in-law, Mrs. Tim (Teresa) Little; 18 grandchildren: Brandy (and husband Dale), Eric (and wife Devon), Shana, Jonathon (and wife Stefanie), Amber (and husband James), Dakota, Shayla, Dillon, Jason, Josh, Bridgett (and husband Jeremiah), Savannah, Zach, Lindsey, Ashley, Kayla and Ashley (and husband Danny); seven great-grandchildren: Shaylynn, Brice, Brooklyn, Graycee, Ethan, James and Wyatt; three sisters: Mrs. Larry (Betty) Fisher, Pierceton; Mrs. Edward (Anna Louise) Kline, North Manchester; and Mrs. LeRoy (MaryAnn) Wood, Warsaw; two brothers, James (and wife Babs) Rutherford, Warsaw, and John Rutherford, Ingleside, Ill.; and two sisters-in-law, Barbara Rutherford, Green Hills, Ohio, and Gale Rutherford, Mason, Ohio. She was preceded in death by three sons: Hanford Wade Hall, Norman Dean Hall and Robin David Hall; two brothers, William Henry Rutherford and Walter "Doc" Rutherford; and her mother, Lula Mae McCane Rutherford Eckman; and her companion, Paul Prater.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Sunday at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw, with Pastor Elaine Miller officiating. Burial will be at Oakwood Cemetery at a later date.
