Emma Mills Zeoli, 87, of 625 N. Colfax St., Warsaw, died at 12:05 p.m. Nov. 24, 2008 at her residence.
She was born Aug. 15, 1921, in Abington, Mass., to Charles A. and Alice Bourne Calderara. On Feb. 17, 1943, in Abington, Mass., she married Frank Louis Zeoli, who preceded her in death.
She was a resident of Warsaw for 23 years. She served in Children's Home in Kentucky and worked in Bible conferences in Florida. She was a member of Warsaw Evangelical Presbyterian Church, Warsaw. She was a member of the Winona Lake Senior Center and a volunteer at World Missionary Press, New Paris. She was a 1939 graduate of Abington High School.
Surviving are three daughters: Jean (and spouse Thomas) Drummond, Winona Lake; Nancy (and spouse Wayne) Talley, Durham, N.C.; and Shirley Businski, Okemos, Mich.; a son, Leonard (and spouse Christie) Zeoli, Uniontown, Wash.; a foster son, John Eastman, Dorchester, Mass.; two sisters, Alice Dunham, Carver, Mass., and Edna (and spouse David) Shire, Cranston, R.I.; a stepbrother, Albert Mills, West Bridgewater, Mass.; eight grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters.
Services will be Jan. 10, 2009, at Warsaw Evangelical Presbyterian Church, Warsaw. Burial will be at Veteran's National Cemetery, Bourne, Mass.
No calling is planned.
