AKRON – Dorothy June Koenig Martin, 78, McAllen, Texas, and formerly of Akron, died at 5:30 a.m. Sept. 8, 2016. She was born April 11, 1938, in Kewanna, to Floyd and Jennie Mills Koenig. On July 4, 1954, at Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church, Macy, she married Ronald “Ron” Martin, who survives. Services will be at 2 p.m. Nov. 12 in Olive Branch Church, Roann.
