NORTH MANCHESTER - Doris W. Guthrie, 78, of Laketon, died at 9:30 a.m. April 9, 2007, in her residence.
She was born Feb. 26, 1929, in Fulton County, to Guy and Edith Perry Kamp. On June 30, 1950, in Silver Lake, she married Dallas Guthrie, who died March 20, 1996.
She worked for the license branch and was a bartender at the Main View and Eagles Lodge, all in North Manchester.
Surviving are three sons, Rex E. and Scott L. Guthrie, both of Laketon, and Mark K. Guthrie, Claypool; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by four brothers and a sister.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Grandstaff-Hentgen Bender Chapel, North Manchester, with Pastor J.P. Freeman officiating. Burial will be in Oaklawn Cemetery, North Manchester.
