Donna D. Hartman, 74, Wabash and formerly of Warsaw, died at 5:10 p.m. Nov. 15, 2013, in Wabash County Hospital. She was born Feb. 20, 1939, in Warsaw, to Clarence and Mildred Rickel Hartman. She lived in Wabash the past 11 years. Her simple joys in life were people, music, animals, family and her group home family and friends in Wabash. Surviving are a sister, Jo Ellen (and spouse Robert) Campbell, Sarasota, Fla.; two nephews, Dan (and spouse Libby) Campbell, Orlando, Fla., and Dr. David (and spouse Jill) Campbell, Sarasota; five great-nephews and -nieces: Collin and Connor, Orlando; MacKenzie, Erin and Luke, Sarasota; seven cousins: Francis and Jack Rickel, Mentone; Mary Beth Hollingsworth and John Harman, both of Bloomington; Charles Hartman, Ronald Norman and Jerry Kay, all of Warsaw. She was preceded in death by her father, Clarence Hartman, who died Oct. 4, 1986; and her mother, Mildred Hartman, who died Nov. 6, 1991. Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Christian Heritage Church, 6776 River Road, Wabash, with the Rev. Tim Prater of the church officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
