Donald E. Ramsey, 56, Winona Lake, passed away at 12:28 p.m. Jan. 12, 2015, in Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne. He was born July 17, 1958, in Warsaw, to Allan and Irene Smith Ramsey. On July 14, 1978, in Warsaw, he married Vickie Webb, who survives in Winona Lake. A lifetime resident of Warsaw, he graduated from Warsaw High School in 1976. He worked for DePuy Inc. as an inspector for 26 years. Also surviving are two sons, Ryan Ramsey, Winona Lake, and Scott Ramsey, Warsaw; his grandpuppy, Max; two brothers, Lawrence (and spouse Susie) Ramsey, Warsaw, and Burt Ramsey, Pierceton; and his sister, Rebecca Grubbs, Winona Lake. Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw, with Chaplain Bob Jarboe officiating. Burial will be private.
