To the young man that drives the black Jeep, that went into the condos at the northeast corner of Buffalo and Center streets, the young man with the light green v-neck sweater on, the young man that took his red Irish Setter onto the courthouse lawn, around 5:20 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 15, and let the dog do his natural duties and didn't clean up the dog mess: Had you walked just a few more feet west on the courthouse lawn you would have seen the War Memorial with the names of heroes of this country listed on the memorial. From the Civil War through the Iraq War, those people died so you could have the right to have your dog mess on the courthouse lawn and you didn't have to clean it up.
I stood and watched you.
