On Wednesday, 911 dispatcher Nick Carpenter (C) received the Indiana Sheriff Association Life Saving Award at the ISA annual conference. On Jan. 23, Carpenter received a 911 call and helped talk a parent through CPR on their unresponsive child until paramedics arrived.
