NAPPANEE – Diane K. Carter, 76, Nappanee, died June 4, 2015, at her residence. She was born Sept. 24, 1939, in New Paris, to Wayne and Mary Mishler Smeltzer. On Aug. 23, 1959, in New Paris, she married Bryan Jarvis Carter, who also died June 4, 2015. Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Union Center Church of Brethren, with the Revs. Frank Ramirez and Rhonda Dorn officiating. Burial is in Union Center Cemetery.
