Diana K. Bailey, 78, Pierceton, passed away at 6:45 p.m. Monday, May 8, 2017, in her residence.
On April 23, 1939, she was born in Kosciusko County to Hubert B. and Doris J. Kindle Clingenpeel. Diana was united in marriage to Sam H. Bailey in 1958 in Warsaw. He preceded her in death on Dec. 13, 2000.
A lifetime resident of Kosciusko County, Diana worked for Sherman and Lin’s Grocery Store, Warsaw, for many years. She was also a member of God’s Highway to Heaven Church, Warsaw.
Diana is survived by her sister, Kristie Gibson, Pierceton; her brother; and several nephews and nieces.
She also was preceded in death by her son and brother.
A funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Friday, May 12, in God’s Highway to Heaven Church, Warsaw, with the Rev. Bob Brown officiating. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery, Pierceton.
Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, May 11, at the church.
