SYRACUSE – Dennis R. “Denny” Blosser, 61, of Syracuse, died May 16, 2012, in I.U. Goshen Hospital.
He was born May 18, 1950, in Elkhart, to Doris Blosser. On Aug. 14, 1987, he married Jacqueline R. “Jackie” Hoover, who survives. He attended Wakarusa High School. He moved to Syracuse from Bremen in 1971 and formerly worked at Sweet Lix, Syracuse, and Seller’s Manufacturing, Milford.
Also surviving are a daughter, Anna (and spouse Edwin) Olivencia, Bronson, Fla.; two sons, Denny Dean (and spouse Tara) Blosser, Omaha, Neb., and Raymond Blosser, Warsaw; five grandchildren; four sisters: Dawn (and spouse Brian) Allan, Cromwell; Pat Watkins, Etna Green; Sandy (and spouse Gene) Hombs, Trevor, Wis.; and Kristine Kehr, Florida; and a brother, Max (and spouse Connie) Byrket, Cromwell. He was preceded in death by his mother, two sisters and four brothers.
Services will be at 7 p.m. Monday at Owen Family Funeral Home, Syracuse, with Pastor Brad Cox officiating.
