Deborah A. ‘Deb’ RichardsDeborah A. “Deb” Richards, 63, of North Webster, passed away at 4:47 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 30, 2020, at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne.
She was born on June 20, 1957, in Fort Wayne, to Philip Morris and Antoinette M. “Toni” Barile Holmes.
She graduated in 1976 from Wawasee High School and was a lifetime Syracuse/North Webster area resident. She was married on June 9, 1977, to Phil Houser, who preceded her on March 13, 1978, and then on June 28, 1980, to Joseph V. “Joe” Richards, who preceded her on Oct. 28, 2017. She was formerly employed at Rinker Boat Company in Syracuse for 20 years and worked at Veada in New Paris as a supervisor.
She is survived by daughter, Taylor Richards, of North Webster; stepson, Ben (Melissa) Richards, of Fort Worth, Texas; two granddaughters: Halle and Katie; two sisters: Cindy (Norm) Vanlaningham, of Cromwell; and Cathy (Carl) Hepler, of Warsaw.
She was preceded in death by her parents and both husbands.
Cremation will take place at Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, 4356 N. Ind. 15, Warsaw. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 6 at Owen Family Funeral Home, Ind. 13 and CR 500N, North Webster. Memorial services will follow at 7 p.m. on Wednesday in the funeral home.
