Appointed by Tippecanoe Township Advisory Board, Minear will serve the remainder of the term left vacant by Dr. Terry Frederick, who has moved out of the area.
Minear is a retired school teacher having taught 28 years at North Webster Elementary School. Growing up in North Webster, she attended North Webster schools and graduated from Wawasee High School.
