NAPPANEE – David W. Mattern, 32, Mishawaka, and formerly of Nappanee, died unexpectedly of natural causes at 2:50 p.m. July 29, 2015, in his residence. He was born June 11, 1983, in Elkhart, to Dennis and Kathy Bennett Mattern. Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Thompson-Lengacher & Yoder Funeral Home, Nappanee, with his brother, the Rev. John Mattern, officiating. Burial is in South Union Cemetery.
