David M. Thompson

David M. Thompson, 58, of 300 E. Prairie St., Warsaw, died at 8:45 p.m. Oct. 9, 2009, in Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw.

He was born Jan. 12, 1951, in Salem, to Richard and Mary Lou "Tash" Thompson. On June 12, 1982, in Warsaw, he married Amy Gill, who survives.

Living in Warsaw for many years, he was an EMT for the city of Warsaw and was a member of St. Anne's Episcopal Church, Warsaw.

Also surviving are his mother, Mary Lou Thompson, Tyner; two daughters, Mandy Neff and Kendra Thompson, both of Warsaw; two brothers, William Thompson, Eugene, Ore., and Steve Thompson, Plymouth; a sister, Debbie Mosson, Walkerton; and three grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father. He loved his daughters and Superman.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Anne's Episcopal Church, Warsaw, with Father Daniel Martin officiating. Burial will be in St Anne's Episcopal Church Columbarium, Warsaw.

Calling is from 9 to 11 a.m. Wednesday at the church.

McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw, is in charge of arrangements.
