I never thought I'd be writing a letter like this because I believe most people are honest and responsible.
This letter is in regard to six of the accidents on Ind. 25 between CR 100S/Rozella Road and Ferguson Road, during the time period of Jan. 30 through March 3 of this year. If you witnessed any of the accidents that hit the white fence, please contact the owners of the white house whose fence is destroyed, or the Kosiusko County Sheriff's Department. If you know of someone who hit it, please encourage them to do the same. If you were in one of these accidents, maybe you thought your insurance company would contact the owners. They did not.
I know the people who live there. They prayed for every person who hit the fence and expected that they would hear from the drivers after the weather improved. To date, no one has contacted them. It is a shame!
