Cromwell Woman Flown To Fort Wayne Hospital After Friday Crash

ELKHART COUNTY – A Cromwell woman was flown to Parkview Hospital in Fort Wayne for neck injuries after a Friday afternoon crash.

According to a crash report from the Elkhart County Sheriff’s Department, at 3:03 p.m. Friday, a 2006 Dodge Ram 2500, driven by Kevin Miller, 18, of Shipshewana, was driving south on CR 29, crossing CR 52. The truck disregarded the stop sign at the intersection and collided with a 2004 Chevrolet Malibu traveling southbound on CR 29, driven by Dannielle Fox, 22, Cromwell.

Fox was taken by Parkview Samaritan helicopter to Parkview Hospital in Fort Wayne for neck and hip injuries, according to the report. Miller was ticketed for disregarding the stop sign and was uninjured.
