A Cromwell woman was arrested after allegedly creating a video of her in a sexual act where a minor’s leg appeared in the video.
Abigayle Jewell Stevens, 24, of 9768 E. Excalibur Place, Cromwell, is charged with performing sexual conduct in the presence of a minor, a level 6 felony.
She was booked into the Kosciusko County Jail at 9:20 p.m. Thursday on a $1,000 preliminary bond.
According to the probable cause affidavit, on Feb. 16 a Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office deputy was made aware of an alleged sexual act committed in front of a minor. The deputy was shown a video of Stevens in a sexual act. The video allegedly showed the leg of a minor.
On Feb. 24, the deputy talked with Stevens. She admitted she created the video on Nov. 26. She said she posted the video on Discord for a kink group. She also said she was then banned from Discord after it was discovered the minor’s leg was in the video.
