ROCHESTER – Craig “Sam” Foster, 61, Rochester, died at 7:28 a.m. Jan. 9, 2015, in Woodlawn Hospital. He was born Nov. 26, 1953, in Indianapolis, to Milton and Betty Jane Bruce Foster. On Sept. 30, 1979, he married Selene Hostetler, As a U.S. Army veteran, he served during the Vietnam era. Services will be in the spring.
