SYRACUSE – Craig J. Arthur, 64, of North Webster, died at 1 a.m. July 7, 2013, in Courtyard Healthcare, Goshen. He was born Sept. 30, 1948, in Union City, to Max J. and Barbara L. Cotter Arthur. He graduated from Union City High School in 1966 and attended Indiana University, Bloomington. He served in the U.S. Army during Vietnam. He moved to the Syracuse/North Webster area from Union City 30 years ago. He formerly worked at Royal Crown, Milford, for a few years and Premier Plastics, Syracuse, for 18 years. He was a member of American Legion Post 253, North Webster. Surviving are a brother, Dan (and spouse Dana) Arthur, Syracuse. He was preceded in death by a brother. Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Owen Family Funeral Home, Syracuse, with the pastor of Harbor Light Hospice officiating and with military rite by members of North Webster American Legion Post 253.
