As a former Warsaw resident, I enjoy reading the online edition of the Times-Union.
After reading the article about the runway extension project and seeing the letters of concerned citizens, I wonder why there can't be an easier solution?
Why not create a tunnel allowing CR 100E to run underneath the runway? Many airports utilized this design on a much larger scale already.
