Continuously serving Kosciusko County since 1854
Beaman Home celebrated Christmas on Dec. 11 with the help of the Kosciusko County Democrats.
Residents and staff enjoyed decorating cookies, crafts, games and Christmas music sung by Anna and Micah Gibson of Leesburg.
April Slone, executive director of the Beaman Home, said, “The Kosciusko County Democrats’ Christmas party for our clients is more than just a celebration, it’s a reminder that even in the hardest times, kindness, care and community make a difference. For the families and children at The Beaman Home events like this bring warmth, laughter, and a sense of belonging when they need it most and remind our clients that they are not alone and that the community cares. We are always grateful for donations that help us continue providing safety, shelter and support to survivors of domestic violence.”
