Connie S. “Sue” Simison, 61, Warsaw, passed away at 3:10 p.m. Nov. 7, 2013, at Lutheran Hospital of Indiana, Fort Wayne. She was born Dec. 13, 1951, in Warsaw to William L. “Bill” and Priscilla F. “Faye” Pearson Gross. On June 20, 1970, in Warsaw, she married Tim Allan Simison, who preceded her in death Sept. 3, 2012. She was a lifetime Leesburg and Warsaw area resident, attended Wawasee High School and graduated in 1970 from Warsaw High School. She was co-owner and operator of Simison Trucking Co. in Warsaw since 1993 and formerly was a group leader at Heaters Engineering in North Webster for 15 years. Surviving are two sons, Jack Simison and Noah (and spouse Crystal) Simison, both of Warsaw; three grandsons: Dylan, Ash and Mason Simison; a sister, Cindy Humes, Leesburg; and a brother, Gary Gross, Warsaw. She was also preceded in death by her parents. Services will be at 7 p.m. Monday at Owen Family Funeral Home, Ind. 13 and CR 500N, North Webster, with Pastor David Smitley of the North Webster United Methodist Church officiating.
