Connie Irene Phillips, 72, Warsaw, died Sunday, April 19, 2026.
She was born Aug. 30, 1953, to Donald and Ruth Norman Byrer. On June 24, 2000, Connie married Sid Phillips; he preceeded her in death.
Titus Funeral Home is entrusted with the care of Connie. Visitation will be Saturday, May 2 from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. at Touch of Life Church, Warsaw. The memorial service will begin at 11 a.m.
