Similarities Between Communism & Fascism Concluded:
Both Communism and Fascism are two forms of totalitarian dictatorship, which usually have the following key characteristics:
14. Replacing Education with Indoctrination - A Fascist or communist regime nationalizes the public schools placing them under the centralized control of the national government while outlawing independent alternatives such as church schools, for-profit or non-profit schools, community schools and homeschooling. Genuine education disappears under the massive onslaught of brainwashing into the official party ideology.
15. Homicidal Maniacs as Leaders - A high percentage of fascist and communist leaders are lunatics, psychopaths, terrorists, gangsters, control freaks and would-be lords of the Earth and world emperors who also know how to manipulate the fears, hatreds, hopes and dreams of the masses in order to gain and hold onto power.
16. Control of Basic Necessities - Another method available to fascist and communist regimes for minimizing resistance to their policies is the serious attempt to gain a monopoly over access to food, water, housing, transportation, jobs, money, electricity, etc. through the direct ownership and management of such resources by the use of rationing based on compliance by the individual to the regime's policies.
17. Both an Ally and Enemy of Each Other - Despite communists and fascists being violent natural rivals for power and having some genuine ideological differences, they are quite similar in beliefs, practices and their willingness to enter into alliances with each other for a variety of reason, such as to gain political, diplomatic, economic or military advantage, or to position themselves in double-crossing each other, and out of mutual fear and hatred of their common enemy-free societies.
The differences between communism and fascism will follow at a later date.
