Combined Community Services (CCS) announced the 30th annual Tools for School event, taking place on Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Lakeview Middle School.
This back-to-school tradition helps ensure that students across Kosciusko County head into the new school year prepared and confident, according to a news release from CCS.
The event is open to all students entering kindergarten through 12th grade from any Kosciusko County school. Families are invited to attend and receive free school supplies, along with access to community resources, free haircuts and shoes all available on site during the event.
“We’re thrilled to celebrate 30 years of Tools for School,” said Ami Pitt, of Combined Community Services. “It’s an honor to support students and families in our community as they gear up for the 2025–2026 school year.”
Still want to donate? There’s still time! CCS will continue collecting school supplies before and after the event. Monetary donations can be made online by visiting https://ccsgives.com/donate/ and selecting the Tools for School option.
